Who we are

Bulletproof Automation QA is a U.S. limited liability company. We review automation workflows and tell you whether they can be trusted.

When this page says “we” or “us”, it means Bulletproof Automation QA. When it says “you”, it means you or the company you work for.

Using this website

You may read this website and use our forms. Please do not do any of the following.

• Break into any part of the site or the systems behind it.
• Send automated traffic that slows the site down for other people.
• Copy our written material and publish it as your own.
• Upload anything harmful, illegal, or that you do not have the right to share.

What our reviews are, and what they are not

A QA review is an expert opinion based on what we can see at the time we look. It is a professional judgment, not a guarantee.

We can reduce your risk. We cannot remove it. No review can promise that an automation will never fail.

You stay responsible for your own systems. You decide whether to act on what we find. We do not operate, host, or monitor your workflows unless you have a separate written agreement with us that says we do.

Material you send us

When you send us a workflow file, a screenshot, or a description, you keep ownership of it. You are giving us permission to use it only to carry out your review.

Please remove real customer data, passwords, and API keys before you send anything. If you send a live credential by mistake, tell us straight away and change it.

We treat what you send as confidential. If we ever want to describe your engagement publicly, we will anonymise it, and we will ask you first.

Our material

The text, design, framework, and reports on this website belong to us.

When we deliver a report to you, you may use it inside your own business and share it with your own clients or investors. You may not resell it or publish it as if you wrote it.

Fees and payment

Prices, scope, and timing are agreed in writing before any paid work starts. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed quote.

If a paid engagement is cancelled after work has begun, we may charge for the work already done.

Limits on our responsibility

We do our work carefully and honestly. But there are limits on what we can be held responsible for.

We are not responsible for indirect losses. That means things like lost profit, lost data, or lost business that follow on from a problem rather than being the problem itself.

Where the law allows it, the most we can be held responsible for is the amount you paid us for the piece of work in question.

Nothing here limits our responsibility for fraud, or for anything the law says cannot be limited.

Other companies' tools

We review workflows built on tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and Power Automate. We are not connected to those companies, and we do not speak for them.

This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for what those websites do.

Ending things

You can stop using this website at any time. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

We may stop serving anyone who breaks these terms or who uses our work dishonestly.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bulletproof Automation QA is registered. Any dispute will be handled in those courts.

If you are a consumer in another country, you may still have rights under your local law that these terms cannot take away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. If you keep using the website after a change, that means you accept the new version.
